ONLINE MAGAZINES
MIT School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences
Our team published four online newsletters, each with a particular audience and purpose:
Said & Done, the flagship publication, reached the School community, MIT leadership, and subscribers. The Media + Awards Digest was launched as our faculty’s presence in the external media grew too extensive to be contained in Said & Done. Envision supported community-building efforts at MIT. The Great Ideas Newsletter was a research round-up for MIT alumni.
Monthly Digest
One of the earliest of MIT’s online magazines, Said and Done also has one of the highest “open and read rates” of the Institute’s publications.

Quarterly digest
We launched this magazine in collaboration with Assistant Dean Tracie Jones (now Deputy Director, MIT ICEO). Envision helps advance MIT’s shared values of excellence, belonging, and mutual respect. For the same mission, we created a Gallery of relevant courses, research, and programs. We also invited faculty to contribute commentaries for a POV on Culture series; the first is a look at MIT culture itself: Read Culture is a meaning-making practice, by Heather Paxson, Wm. Kenan Jr. Professor of Anthropology.
